UnderRN is an apparel brand offering women's clothing and base-layer products designed to be worn underneath nursing scrubs and other workwear.
Our products are manufactured or produced by third-party manufacturing partners. UnderRN owns and operates the brand and sells products directly to customers through UnderRN.com.
2. Eligibility

Our products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on the Website are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Applicable sales taxes, shipping charges, and other fees will be displayed at checkout when applicable.
UnderRN reserves the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted, except when necessary to correct an obvious pricing error.

If UnderRN cancels an order after payment has been received, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled order.
6. Pre-Orders
From time to time, UnderRN may offer products for pre-order before inventory is available for shipment.
Products offered for pre-order will be clearly identified as PRE-ORDER on the Website.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that:
The product is not currently available for immediate shipment.
Payment may be collected when the pre-order is placed.
Any estimated availability or shipping timeframe is an estimate unless expressly stated as a guaranteed date.

7. Orders Containing Pre-Order and In-Stock Products
If an order contains both in-stock products and pre-order products, UnderRN may ship the order together once all products are available unless otherwise stated at checkout.
UnderRN may also choose to ship available products separately.
If separate shipments require an additional shipping charge, the applicable charge will be disclosed before it is charged.
8. Order Acceptance and Cancellation
Submitting an order through UnderRN.com constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.
An order confirmation indicates that we have received your order but does not necessarily guarantee that UnderRN will fulfill every item in the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled product or order.
If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Because orders may enter processing shortly after purchase, we cannot guarantee that a cancellation request can be accommodated.
