UnderRN Pre-Order Policy

Thank you for supporting the launch of UnderRN.
From time to time, UnderRN may offer products for pre-order before those products are available for immediate shipment. This Pre-Order Policy explains the terms that apply to pre-order purchases made through UnderRN.com.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
1. What Is a Pre-Order?
A pre-order allows you to purchase an UnderRN product before the product is available for normal shipment.
Products available for pre-order will be clearly identified as PRE-ORDER on the product page and/or during checkout.
Pre-order products are different from products listed as currently in stock and available for immediate shipment.
2. Payment for Pre-Orders
Payment for a pre-order may be collected at the time the pre-order is placed.
By submitting a pre-order, you authorize the applicable payment provider to process the payment for your purchase.
Your order confirmation will provide information regarding the product purchased and the applicable order amount.
3. Estimated Fulfillment and Shipping
Each pre-order product will include an estimated timeframe for when the product is expected to become available for shipment.
For example, a product page may state an estimated fulfillment period such as:
"Estimated to ship beginning [MONTH/YEAR]."
Unless expressly stated otherwise, these dates are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Pre-order fulfillment may be affected by manufacturing, production, transportation, supply-chain issues, quality-control requirements, inventory availability, or other circumstances outside UnderRN's reasonable control.
UnderRN will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed of significant delays.
4. Delays
Although we work with our manufacturing and production partners to meet estimated timelines, delays can occasionally occur.
If a pre-order is significantly delayed, UnderRN will make reasonable efforts to communicate the updated information to affected customers.
If UnderRN cannot fulfill a pre-order within the applicable timeframe required by law, we will provide any cancellation and refund rights required by applicable law.
5. Cancellation Requests
If you need to cancel a pre-order, contact UnderRN as soon as possible.
Because pre-order products may be committed to production or otherwise processed shortly after an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that every cancellation request can be accommodated.
If a cancellation is permitted, any applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed or required by law.
6. UnderRN Cancels a Pre-Order
UnderRN reserves the right to cancel a pre-order when reasonably necessary, including circumstances where:
A product cannot be manufactured or obtained
A manufacturing or supply issue prevents fulfillment
A product is discontinued
An inventory or pricing error occurs
Circumstances outside UnderRN's reasonable control prevent fulfillment
Fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected
If UnderRN cancels a pre-order because we are unable to fulfill it, the customer will receive a refund of amounts paid for the cancelled product.
7. Pre-Orders and Regular Products
If you purchase both pre-order and in-stock products in the same order, UnderRN may hold the entire order and ship it once all products are available.
UnderRN may also choose to ship available products separately.
If UnderRN chooses to split an order into multiple shipments, the customer will not be charged an additional shipping fee solely because UnderRN decided to ship the products separately.
If a customer requests separate shipments before the order is processed, additional shipping charges may apply.
8. Returns and Exchanges
Pre-order products are subject to UnderRN's Return & Refund Policy.
The return period begins when the pre-order product is delivered to the customer, not when the pre-order is placed.
Unless otherwise stated on the applicable product page, eligible products must meet the requirements of the Return & Refund Policy, including applicable requirements regarding condition, tags, and whether the product has been worn or washed.
9. Defective or Damaged Pre-Order Products
Pre-order products are covered by the same protections regarding defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped products as regularly stocked products.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, contact UnderRN in accordance with the Return & Refund Policy.
If UnderRN determines that the issue qualifies for a replacement, refund, or other remedy, UnderRN will provide the applicable remedy.
10. Product Changes
Because pre-order products may be in production or finalization when the pre-order period is open, minor changes to color, materials, packaging, measurements, construction, or other non-material characteristics may occasionally occur.
UnderRN will make reasonable efforts to ensure that the delivered product substantially matches the product represented at the time of purchase.
If a material change substantially alters the product purchased, UnderRN will provide any rights or remedies required by applicable law.
11. Pre-Order Pricing
The price displayed when you place your pre-order is the price applicable to that pre-order unless otherwise stated.
Future changes to the product's regular retail price will not change the price of an already placed pre-order.
UnderRN may offer promotional pricing or discounts during a pre-order period. Any applicable terms or restrictions will be disclosed at the time of the promotion.
12. Inventory and Availability
Placing a pre-order reserves the applicable product for the customer subject to UnderRN's ability to fulfill the order.
A pre-order does not guarantee that the product will be available on a particular date.
If UnderRN is unable to fulfill an order, the customer will be notified and provided any applicable cancellation or refund rights required by law.
13. Order Confirmation
After placing a pre-order, customers should receive an order confirmation containing information about their purchase.
Customers should review their confirmation and contact UnderRN promptly if they believe any information is incorrect.
14. Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
If you move or your shipping address changes after placing a pre-order, contact UnderRN as soon as possible.
UnderRN cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or shipment.
15. Communication About Your Pre-Order
UnderRN may contact customers using the email address or other contact information provided at checkout to provide important information about their pre-order.
These communications may include:
Order confirmations
Production updates
Delay notices
Shipping notifications
Cancellation information
Other information necessary to fulfill or manage the order
Receiving transactional communications is separate from subscribing to promotional marketing communications.
16. Agreement to Pre-Order Terms
By clicking the applicable purchase or pre-order button and submitting payment, you acknowledge that:
You understand that the product is being offered as a pre-order.
The product is not currently available for immediate shipment.
The estimated fulfillment timeframe is an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise.
Delays may occur.
Your pre-order is subject to this Pre-Order Policy, the UnderRN Terms & Conditions, the Shipping Policy, and the Return & Refund Policy.
17. Applicable Law
Nothing in this Pre-Order Policy is intended to limit any rights or remedies provided to customers under applicable federal, state, or local law.
If any provision of this policy conflicts with a non-waivable legal requirement, the applicable legal requirement will control.
18. Changes to This Policy
UnderRN may update this Pre-Order Policy from time to time.
The current version will be posted on UnderRN.com with the applicable "Last Updated" date.
Changes will not retroactively modify the terms applicable to pre-orders already placed unless required or permitted by law.
